First of all, open your Paytm app.
As soon as you open your Paytm app. You will see options to create a new account and log-in to your account on the screen. You have to click on the Login option in Paytm.
Now as soon as you login to Paytm, you will click on the option. New page open. Here you can login by entering your Paytm number and password. But if you have forgotten your password. You are also unable to access your account. Then you click on trouble logging in below

After clicking on the Forgot password, a new page open. In which you will be asked to call the number that resets the Paytm number. call On 0120-3888388 to reset your Paytm password. You must call the number. You can click on this number to call. After which the call will start from mobile.

When you call, you will be given some instructions by IVR. choose language. And then one has to press to reset the Paytm password.

A link to reset a Paytm password will be provided on your mobile number and on your register email ID. This link lasts only for 10 minutes. If you do not reset the Paytm password within 10 minutes. Then the link will expire. And you have to request again.
